Article [V.1]
1. A State may, at the time of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, reserve the right not to apply, with respect to it, one or more mechanisms provided for in Articles [II. ], [II. ], [II. ], [II. ], [II. ], [III. ] and [III. ].
2. A reservation under paragraph 1 shall be made in writing and deposited with the Depositary. It shall identify the mechanism or mechanisms to which it relates.
3. A reservation made under paragraph 1 may be withdrawn at any time by written notification to the Depositary. Unless a later date is specified in the notification, the withdrawal shall take effect on the date on which the Depositary receives it.
4. The Depositary shall circulate any reservation and any withdrawal of a reservation to all Parties.
