ArchiMate
ArchiMate is an open and independent enterprise architecture modeling language to support the description, analysis and visualization of architecture within and across business domains in an unambiguous way. Its model elements are grouped in the six layers of the ArchiMate Framework. Three of these layers are core (ArchiMate 2.1 Chapter 2.5 Layering). In addition there is one "layer extension" for modelling change, one layer for modelling strategy and one for modelling physical facilities, equipment and distribution networks.
