An Interoperability Specification is a generic architectural building block of the EIRA, it generalizes the related ABBs at the EIRA views that support each of the Interoperability layers of the European Interoperability Framework.
An Interoperability Specification is a document containing agreed normative statements for solution building blocks used in an information exchange context. It can refer to existing standards or specifications.
