The figure below uses model elements from the ArchiMate Framework to explain a pattern to document gaps for current systems and project portfolios (agenda). The gaps are being derived by evaluating operations and agenda with respect to requirements implied by either principles or goals (of stakeholders). For a goal to be achieved, performance indicators of the operations must have certain values.
